The Electric Flanged Butterfly Valve uses the electric actuator to input a standard signal of 0-10 mA, and the motor unit drives the gear, worm and worm gear to generate angular torque, which then drives the disc to rotate.When the valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the disc is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by passing through this valve is very small, thus it has good flow control characteristics.Electric Flanged Butterfly Valve has two sealing types: elastic sealing and metal sealing.For the elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the disc.Valves with metal sealing generally have a longer service life than those with elastic sealing, but it is difficult to achieve complete sealing.Metal sealing can adapt to higher working temperatures, while elastic sealing has the defect of being limited by temperature.If the Electric Flanged Butterfly Valve is required to be used for flow control, the key is to correctly select the size and type of the valve.
